ERICK FIGUEIRA DE MELLO
Three environments integrate the gastronomic complex created by Estúdio @ErickFigueiraDeMello at @CasaCorRio_Oficial: restaurant, beverage lounge, and sandwich and snack space. With a tropical style and relaxed sophistication, the project also features landscaping by @DanielaInfantePaisagismo. “I went to Paraty and Tiradentes seeking references, materials, and special ingredients for this project,” says Erick.
The beverage lounge was furnished with outdoor furniture from @DonaFlor_Mobilia, provided by Novo Ambiente. Highlights include the sofas, chairs, and armchairs from the Bask line, designed by @Lattoog, the ottomans and coffee tables from the Carambola line, by designer @SergioJMatos, and the Lili table in painted aluminum.

ANNA LUIZA ROTHIER
The 31st edition of @CasaCorRio_Oficial opens to the public today (04/27) at Residência Brando Barbosa, in Jardim Botânico.
Located on the second floor of the main house, the Varanda do Chafariz designed by landscape architect @AnnaLuizaRothier is a functional open-air space, measuring 40m2, lightly protected from rain by umbrellas, which can also be used by visitors at the end of the exhibition, as the property will become a study and conference center.
According to Rothier, unlike the majestic style of the house, the ambiance of her veranda is relaxed and unpretentious, abundant in typically tropical vegetation, in complete harmony with the Rio lifestyle. To reinforce this atmosphere, she selected outdoor furniture from Novo Ambiente by @DonaFlor_Mobilia, such as the Colibri chair and the Contorno bar cart, both designed by @RejaneCarvalhoLeite, and the coffee tables and Duty side table, created by the duo @Adolini_Simonini.

RIC MELO and RODRIGO PASSOS
Located on the second floor of the main house, the MEETING ROOM designed by architects Ric Melo and Rodrigo Passos (@ricmelo.rodpassos.arq) can also be used as a home office.
As the space preserves elements of the house’s original architecture in neoclassical style, the duo decided to embrace these characteristics and promoted a contemporary occupation inspired by Nordic architecture, which combines light tones, simplicity, functionality, minimalism, and comfort.
The setting features furniture provided by Novo Ambiente, such as the Agda chair, the Disco hanging side table (by @DeCarvalhoAtelier), the Orbe lamp (by @EstudioRain), the Eos bench (by @HumbertoDaMata), and the Mangue side table (by @Plataforma4).

JOÃO PANAGGIO
Nomadism inspired architect @JoaoPanaggio to design, in the @CasaCorRio_oficial gardens, Casa Migrante, a 100m2 space built from scratch to be a weekend residence that can be dismantled at the end of the event and “experienced” in new locations.
The visitor is invited to enter a large “box,” filled with openings and glass panels that bring the abundant surrounding vegetation within sight from any corner of the house. In the bathroom, a transparent glass wall separates the outdoor garden from the wet area where the soaking tub and two ceiling-mounted showers are located.
From Novo Ambiente came the Chanel wall mirror, with rounded corners, which can be ordered in silver or bronze, with a frame in oak, walnut, or lacquer, plus three height options.

MARILENE GALINDO
Designed by interior designer @MarileneGalindo at @CasaCorRio_Oficial 2022, the TRAVELER’S SUITE was inspired by an executive who constantly travels the world for work and sought to have a space at home where he would feel welcomed, a private refuge, whenever he returns home. To compose the space’s ambiance, from Novo Ambiente came the Step shelving unit, with a metal structure and wooden shelves, designed by designer Marcelo Ligieri.
