Paricá Bench
Sculpted in solid wood, the Paricá Bench expands beyond the function of seating. The elongated top serves as a support, an integrated side table, creating a surface that welcomes objects, pauses, and daily rituals. It is a bench that is not limited to a single role: it adapts, accompanies, and remains. Resting upon it is the runner, an element that introduces affection and memory. Hand-woven on a traditional loom with sheep’s wool and a cotton warp, the runner follows the same weave as Gaucho ponchos, an ancestral knowledge passed down through generations. It is not an adornment, but part of the object’s concept—a product that houses another product, where woodworking and weaving dialogue in balance.
