Mauricio Bomfim was born in 1978 in the state of Minas Gerais, southeastern Brazil. He began his career as a store manager in the furniture industry, leading a chain in the greater Belo Horizonte area where he worked in furniture curation and store image and layout.
A graduate in Interior Design, he started his own venture in 2014 and founded MB Studio Design.
