Scholten & Baijings
After a rewarding 19-year collaboration, Scholten & Baijings designers Stefan Scholten and Carole Baijings will part ways to pursue new creative challenges individually. As of today, both will work under their own names. The Scholten & Baijings brand, Studio for Design, will continue to exist and house all current collections. For an initial period of two years, Studio Stefan Scholten will oversee the existing Scholten & Baijings portfolio.
Scholten & Baijings consists of Stefan Scholten and Carole Baijings, an Amsterdam-based design duo known especially for their talented use of color and carefully considered details. Scholten & Baijings has designed for various manufacturers such as Hay, Karimoku New Standard, Established & Sons, and Thomas Eyck.
