
Satyendra Pakhalé
Pakhalé was born in India in 1967 and graduated from the renowned IIT—Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and later from the Art and Design College of Europe in Switzerland. He was part of the pioneering “new business creation” team, developing some of the first product ideas for new technologies in digital communication and transportation design at Philips Design in the mid-1990s.
Through a series of award-winning design projects for leading clients and industries, he built a global reputation for designing diverse, innovative typologies, pushing the boundaries of technology and materials. Complexity is solved through experimentation and transformed into elegance, delivering the best solution for each situation.
Pakhalé has lectured worldwide, and several solo exhibitions have been dedicated to his work, which is part of the permanent collections of prestigious museums around the world.
