Ron Gilad was born in 1972 in Tel Aviv. Today, he lives and works in New York. Gilad creates hybrid objects, combining materials and humor in an aesthetic play. They move across a broad and delightful range between abstract and functional. Gilad enjoys philosophizing about the things around us. His works range from individual pieces to limited editions and mass-produced products that still have no expiration date and can be found in both public and private collections.
