Lukas Bazle is a German designer based in Berlin, Germany. He grew up in Goeppingen (DE), next to his parents’ garden center. This gave him access to a workshop and plenty of space to build the craziest things out of anything he could find. His choice of studies—Industrial Design at HfG Schwäbisch Gmünd in Germany—was a natural next step.

In 2017, an Audi scholarship sent him to explore the utopian concepts of the Burning Man Festival for its future mobility. He analyzed the immense variety and creativity of the vehicles and infrastructure. He graduated in 2018 and worked in Berlin at Mykilos, a contemporary design brand based in Berlin and Hamburg. He also works as a freelancer in Product, Retail, and Interior Design.

Lukas Bazle’s product creation process is best described as observing the things around him in everyday life and rethinking them—having a clear goal in mind or solving a problem. He creates products that ensure a higher level of functionality or add value to something that would normally go unnoticed.
