Gustavo Dias is the name behind WOO Design, a brand he created to represent his products. From an early age, he learned to use his hands as tools. Encouraged by his father, a great woodworking enthusiast, he sought contact with design professionals, from whom he learned and discussed projects and construction techniques. Since then, he has always maintained a workshop where he brings his creations to life; by knowing how to create and execute his own ideas, he has gained recognition on the national stage.
An unconditional nature lover and aficionado of a specific raw material—wood—he uses only sustainably sourced species.
The use of traditional woodworking techniques does not make Gustavo Dias a creator of conventional, nostalgic pieces. On the contrary, the products developed in his workshop reflect a search for refined, conscious design, always working with the essence of transformation and reuse, while exploring the natural beauty of wood responsibly.
