The designer was born in São Paulo and moved to Curitiba at the age of twelve. She graduated in Product Design from the Federal University of Paraná in 1997. Since then, she has dedicated herself to furniture design.

Creator of Asa Design, she offers integrated innovation solutions, connecting factories and consumers. Her method combines market intelligence, trend observation, creativity, and technical rigor, resulting in new products.

Throughout her career, she has taken part in success stories with various industries. She uses strategic design as a tool to attract new clients and close deals. With a diverse output, she designs a wide range of furniture in materials ranging from reclaimed wood to stainless steel.

For their quality and originality, Asa Design projects developed by Daniela Ferro have been recognized in renowned design selections in Brazil and abroad, such as Germany’s iF Design Product Award, the Museu da Casa Brasileira, and the Brazilian Design Biennial. In 2013, she received the Salão Design Casa Brasil Award, Industry category.
