Cristián Mohaded
Cristián Mohaded is an Argentine artist and designer born in the countryside (Catamarca, 1980) and educated at the National University of Córdoba. He has always worked closely with artisans in his home country, exploring traditions, craftsmanship, and local culture, blurring the line between design and art. His works have been selected for and added to the permanent collections of the Museum of Arts and Design (2022, New York, USA), the Philadelphia Museum of Art (2019, Philadelphia, USA), and the Musée des Arts Décoratifs (2014, Paris, France). He presented Territorio Híbrido, his first solo exhibition, at the National Museum of Decorative Art (Buenos Aires, 2021).
