Bruno Faucz

Bruno Faucz was born in Santa Catarina in 1986 and grew up with a paper and pencil always at hand. He holds a degree in Furniture Design since 2007 and a postgraduate International Master Design degree. He experienced design within the industry for 7 years, a period during which he effectively applied design within a production-oriented vision. He traveled throughout Brazil researching aspects related to the “moment of purchase.” He attends national and international events to follow market trends and directions.

In 2013, Bruno started his own Design Studio, based on three pillars: Market – Industry – Design, always seeking to deliver products that are complete in all stages, from production to daily use in people’s homes.

In his first year, he was invited to exhibit at design weeks in SP, NY, and Paris. He had over 60 publications by the end of 2014 in the top Home and Decor magazines. Notably, one of his pieces was featured in the book “Design Brasileiro de Móveis,” which highlights key seating designs from 1928 to 2013.

In 2014 and 2015, he served as a judge for Casa Cor SC, the country’s largest interior architecture event, where he participated in talk shows with leading journalists and industry professionals. He began 2015 exhibiting in Milan at Brazil S.A. and iSaloni; he also exhibited at the EXPO in the same city at the invitation of Arthur Casas’ architecture firm. In May, he concluded the first semester exhibiting at ICFF in NY, and in September of the same year, he exhibited again at Galerie Joseph during Paris Design Week. Bruno defines design as the “Materialization of information,” believing that a good project is conceived based on the greatest amount of information collected across diverse fields of knowledge.
